This capelet was designed to showcase the elongated float technique and provide sheer peek-a-boo areas to glimpse the body beneath.

 The dress has bands of tuck stitches at the hip and a simple pointelle band at the true waist.  The dress was made using Shima Seiki's Whole Garment™ software.
